Surrendering Your Animal
We understand this can be a very stressful and emotional process and can be for a variety of reasons. Please feel assured we have a very strict rehoming policy at Easterleigh and therefore your animal will be safe in our care and we will endeavor to find him or her their forever home.
Due to high running costs we ask if possible that your animal is vaccinated before coming to Easterleigh and if it is not you are able to give us a donation to pay for the animal to be vaccinated.
We generally run at full capacity for both cats and dogs and often have a waiting list of dogs and cats to come in. Therefore there is a chance we may not be able to take your animal immediately, this is however assessed on a case by case basis
If you are having to surrender your animal, please complete the application form below
